When can I use DigiD with SMS?
To receive your message digitally your healthcare provider will need to have registered at this website.
If your healthcare provider has not yet registered at this website, you can arrange your permission here by filling in a form, printing it out and giving it to your healthcare provider.
If your healthcare provider has deregistered from this website, you cannot arrange your permission via this website. In that case, please contact your healthcare provider.
Once you have selected your healthcare provider you will be able to find out whether you can use DigiD with SMS and whether you can arrange your permission via this website.
Bear in mind that your log in session with DigiD expires after 15 minutes inactivity. You will then need to log in again.
